twenty years ago today the Berlin Wall came down.
a profound moment in history.
may we never forget.
my grandmother hadn't forgotten.
she had a piece of the Wall.
i wish i had it.
i don't ever want to forget.
i wish i understood what it meant to her in the depths of her soul.
